Peaceful & Present is a mini retreat from the noise of the outside world, offering space for self-inquiry, stillness and accessing your inner wisdom.


Over the course of 3.5 hours you’ll be guided through a series of channeled meditations. Each meditation will progressively connect you to your deeper self, with space following for quiet reflection or journaling to anchor insight that arises. As you practice connecting inwardly, you will gather precious gems (conscious wisdom) that can help re-orient you back home. Peaceful & Present offers a balance of inward retreat and outer exploration. The flow of the retreat is intuitively channeled by Liz to meet the needs of those who attend.

You are welcome to explore anything you are moving through at this time; whether it be a major life transition, illness, anxiety, awakening, disconnection, soul exhaustion, or perhaps you are coming into a new awareness that has made you curious. When you make space to observe your experience, it can be a catalyst for major insight and transformation. At all times you are at the helm of your experience, allowing, opening and witnessing what is ready to be brought to light. The afternoon includes light refreshments, and concludes with a deeply relaxing sound bath and clearing ceremony.

Peaceful & Present is for anyone who craves to come home to the true self. Come along and access the healing and deeper wisdom available, when given the opportunity to journey inward.

You will be guided through meditations that facilitate awareness of your four bodies – physical, mental, emotional and energetic (spiritual).
Access peace and presence through connection to your inner self and your divine self –  meditation experience not needed.


My experience at your Peaceful and Present Retreat was powerful. It helped me clear and let go of a lot of stagnant negative energy.
