Gift yourself space to deeply relax, release and receive divine energy healing.

 

Open to all, Heal group meditations are an opportunity to simply rest and receive the healing that is graciously gifted from Spirit. There is nothing you need to do, just come as you are. Soak in the soothing vibrations of Tibetan sound bowls, crystal singing bowls and chimes that assist effortless relaxation of the mind and body.

Once you are settled into the space, divine healing will be channeled for the community that gathers. These evenings are a time for you to open and receive. The healing transmissions shared, raise consciousness – lifting emotional, mental, physical and spiritual well-being. You can expect to feel calmer, lighter, peaceful and clear. Regular attendance can reduce the symptoms and impact of trauma and addiction, and the experiences of excessive mental chatter, anxiety, insomnia, depression, and physical aliments.

COMMUNITY HEALING

Please come as you are. No meditation experience needed.

Limited mats and cushions will be available. If you have one, please bring a yoga mat, blanket and cushion.

Children 15+ welcome and free to attend with an accompanying adult.
